At ésdevé, gastronomy is the central pillar. We not only want to offer a space where to enjoy and stay, but also a unique and differential gastronomic proposal.

Our cuisine is defined by putting the product at the center, always using the finest ingredients, treated with simplicity yet with the precision and sophistication of haute cuisine.

Gastronomic proposal

To enjoy the gastronomic experience at ésdevé, we offer the possibility of renting the entire space exclusively, in two time slots:

Lunch: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

We design each menu individually for every event, always taking into account the season and the quality of the ingredients. This allows us to provide you with a unique gastronomic experience, tailored to your needs.

An event centered around a striking central table blending gastronomy and scenography. The setting became part of the narrative—ideal for networking sessions or special presentations, always paired with thoughtful details and refined cuisine.

A creative afternoon where local gastronomy met artisanal ceramics. An intimate experience accompanied by DO Alella wines, kombuchas, and local tastings—inviting calm, creativity, and conversation.
