ésdevé is structured around a central courtyard that connects two symmetrical buildings. This arrangement accentuates the building’s natural vocation to open to the outside. A building that often seeks to be a porch and that is specially designed to favour natural ventilation. A climatic archetype.

The result is a monomaterial space, with an unfinished and timeless appearance, endowed with great thermal inertia that naturally regulates temperature and humidity.

An elementary and essential architecture, which appeals to comfort, light and shared time. A space where experience prevails over function.

Accessing it from Carrer Barcelona, 43, “és de començar” (it is of starting) room can be the perfect start to your get-together. It’s an ideal space to use as a reception area, or for meetings, presentations, exhibitions, pop-ups, workshops, filming, or photo shoots.

Once through the entrance, we find ourselves in “és de compartir” (it is of sharing). A dining room type room with the same features as “és de començar”. The doors that open onto the central courtyard can be opened completely, which creates a fluid connection between the interior and exterior and offers even more possibilities of use.

“és de viure” (it is of living) is the central courtyard that connects the two symmetrical constructions of the building. The V-shaped ceilings facilitate a visual opening towards the sky, making the space gain light and a feeling of spaciousness. When the doors of the two buildings are open, the courtyard becomes a continuous, long and versatile space, ideal for all types of events and activities.

Also connected to the courtyard, we find “és de gust” (it is of tasting), which has a kitchen island, ideal for show cooking, tastings or cooking workshops. Next to the kitchen, on the same floor, there is a full bathroom and a professional kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, including a Josper charcoal oven.

“és de trobar-se” (it is of meeting) is the entrance to the space from Carrer Guayaquil, 12. This room offers similar features to those on the other entrance. It can be the perfect start to your get-together, an ideal space for meetings, presentations, exhibitions or to enjoy a meal. As in the main entrance, you can also organize pop-ups, workshops, filming or photo sessions.

“és de sentir” (it is of feeling) is a room equipped with its own bathroom and with plenty of natural light. It presents the perfect space for holding pottery workshops, yoga classes, filming, shooting, meetings or celebrations of all kinds.
